Who is Keys4Microsoft?
We are an online reseller of OEM software products from manufacturers such as Microsoft, Norton, McAfee, and many others. For additional information, please visit our About Us page.
Is ordering online from Keys4Microsoft safe?
Yes. Our checkout pages are secured with 128-bit SSL encryption, the industry standard for secure online ordering. Always look for the green URL bar and the lock or key icon in your browser when checking out, as this indicates a secure, encrypted page.
What is the difference between OEM and Retail Box packaging?
The retail version of software includes the installation disc(s), Certificate of Authenticity (if provided by the manufacturer), and product key/serial number (if necessary). OEM software does not come in retail packaging, does not include printed manuals, cannot be transferred (even if the original computer breaks), and is not eligible for free technical support from the manufacturer. Help files are typically included on the disc. OEM software is only available in full version editions, meaning there are no OEM upgrade products. However, OEM software can be upgraded to future versions by purchasing a compatible upgrade product.
How are you able to sell your software at such low prices?
We are not under contract with or authorized by any particular software manufacturer. This allows us to sell our products significantly below the MSRP. We purchase from reputable sources in the wholesale market at lower prices and pass those savings on to you.
Is there a need to register on the manufacturer’s website?
As we sell OEM programs, we have already registered the software, so there is no need for you to do this again.
When will I receive the purchased software?
All software is delivered digitally. After purchase, you will be provided with a key code and download link (if needed) via email. Please ensure you enter a correct and working email address.
What payment types are accepted by your website?
Currently, we accept PayPal for secure transactions.
What if something goes wrong? Can I get a refund?
If there are unsolvable problems with the software and our support team is unable to help, you can receive a refund or replacement software. The choice of replacement product is up to you.
I cannot find any information about my recent order.
After successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation email.
Attention: Some users have trouble receiving our emails because automated messages often end up in spam folders or are blocked by ISPs. Please check your SPAM or BULK folders.
Do you sell full versions of software?
Yes, we sell only full versions of software.
Do you ship software on disks?
No, we sell only digital downloads. However, you can burn your own disk with the downloaded file.

Will I be able to download purchased software again in the future (in case of PC crash)?
Yes, you will be able to download your software again. Just contact our support team to reactivate your links.
What hardware requirements are needed to install your software?

On how many computers can I install purchased software?
You can install the software on only one computer at a time.
How can I determine if my computer is 32-bit or 64-bit?
To determine whether your computer is 32-bit or 64-bit:

Absolutely not. We do not sell used products. All of our products are guaranteed to be new, never used or activated.
Can I get a discount if I buy more than one copy of a product?
Yes, please contact our support team by email for bulk purchase discounts.
Will I be able to get technical support?
We will assist you with downloading, installing, and activating your purchased program, but we cannot provide training on how to use the product.
Are there any membership fees on your website?
No, you do not need to pay any membership fees.
Does your software come with the Certificate of Authenticity (COA)?
OEM versions do not come with the COA, but you will be able to activate your software and receive updates from the manufacturer (note that some software products cannot be updated; please ask our support team about these exceptions).
What if I want to buy software that you don’t have in your store?
If you cannot find a program in our catalog, please contact our support team. We will try to prepare a new release for you.
